On Sunday, 12 November 2023, members of The Left Berlin will be organising a film screening and fundraiser in solidarity with Palestine. The films screened will be Gaza Calling (dir. Nahed Awwad), and Introduction to the End of an Argument (dir. Jayce Salloum, Elia Suleiman); the screenings will be accompanied by an in-person discussion with Nahed Awwad.

Entry to the event is free, but a a donation of €5-10 is encouraged. All funds raised will be donated to Palästina Kampagne, the Kampagne für Opfer rassistischer Polizeigewalt (KOP), and for printing materials (such as posters). The event will be held at Bilgisaray, Oranienstraße 45. Doors are at 6:30pm; the event begins at 7:00. Snacks will be provided; feel free to bring your own food and drinks.
