Support woman fined €1,600 for asking if Germany has learned from the Holocaust

We're sorry, but all tickets sales have ended because the event is expired.

Earlier this year, a woman was prosecuted in Berlin for (alleged) hate speech after she held two signs: “have we not learned from the Holocaust” and “NO to the murder of 8500 civilians in Gaza so far” on 3rd November 2023 on the forecourt of Paul Lobe Haus near the Bundestag. On 24th April 2025, the Tiergarten district court found her guilty. The verdict was legally untenable, as it violates the freedom of opinion, and clearly politically motivated.

There will now be an appeal on 8th October 2025 (1.30pm, courtroom A729, 3rd floor, Turmstraße 91, 10559 Berlin). A large press presence is planned for this event, to point out the systematic constriction of the freedom of opinion. If you have contact with journalists and want to support her, please send them along. There will be a limited number of places in the court for people who want to see what happens.
