Workshop: Disagreement as a skill

On Sunday, 26/10/2025 from 14:00 at

(This event is not organized by The Left Berlin)

Have you noticed conflicts and disagreements showing up in your organizing or work spaces, and aren’t quite sure what to do with them? Conflict and disagreement is something we’re all familiar with, and we are often taught to move past them, to resolve, or to only focus on where we’re aligned. But what if we were to shift our understanding of conflict and disagreement and see them not as something that holds us back, but as an opportunity to create deeper understanding amongst our group members? Using the idea of Generative Conflict as a basis for the workshop, we will dive into how we can disagree and enter into conflict skillfully.

Here’s what you can expect from the workshop:
⁃ Peer discussion based on texts
⁃ Unpacking the 3 core elements of skillful conflict and disagreement
⁃ Cozy coffee break
⁃ A chance to put the knowledge to practice!
