In 1900 Germany was the third largest colonial power in the world and Berlin was the city that administered over those colonies. Barely anything is known in the general public about the brief but devastating impact German colonialism had on especially it's African colonies.
This tour exposes the brutality of colonial administrations, the functions it served for the 'mother country' of Germany and what traces of that period are still etched in the buildings and roads of its capital city, Berlin.
